Beauto is an AI-driven agency founded by Samin Panah, focused on helping businesses leverage artificial intelligence across marketing, automation, and digital growth. From inception, the mission was to democratise access to enterprise-grade AI tools for small and medium-sized businesses.
Challenge
Building a new agency in a crowded market requires a sharp positioning, a repeatable service delivery model, and the credibility to win clients fast. The challenge was to establish Beauto as a recognisable and trusted AI partner in Sweden's agency landscape.
Approach
Beauto was built around three core pillars: AI-powered digital marketing, no-code website development, and marketing automation. Services were productised for fast delivery, and early case studies were used to build authority. A strong content and personal brand strategy — built on Samin's experience at Swedbank, eToro, and Eniro — accelerated trust and inbound enquiries.
